Our team has been involved in a wide variety of construction projects in various parts of the world including Southern Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. The role of Drycraeft in these activities have included Project Management, Design and Production and Manufacturing resources.

For instance the company's services were retained by Lonrho Hotels Plc division to assess the viability of erecting a $7million oil workers accommodation project on Malabo island, Equatorial Guinea. In 2013 the company oversaw the manufacture and installation of Counter Terrorism blocks at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The main contractors were MSIX and Samsung SDS.

The company has been requested to service a number of projects in West Africa.

The route to a successful project outcome is the successful pre planning and mobilisation of resources, this includes a systematic examination of the site constraints, then planning, designing and costing accordingly. Once the project has started constant financial management in producing cost variance analysis reports.

Drycraeft have set up drawing offices in conjunction with a Finnish company to ensure that the CAD aided design produces construction drawings with numbered panels for the use of site operatives. This aids maximum efficiency in delivery of materials to site. This results in the reduction waste and loss through theft.

We work with a number of structural engineers who advise on specific loading issues.
